Linda Flynn is the founder and owner of the Tara Group, Inc., which provides comprehensive research services to public and private sector clients. She is located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and is a certified, woman-owned small business with significant experience in a broad range of qualitative and quantitative research design, execution, and analysis.

Flynn also has specific expertise with nonprofit and government clients, developing research strategy that provides unique insights and supports actionable planning. When required to meet a client’s research needs, she draws on her strategic alliances to build a team of specialists.

Tara Group’s services include all qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including web-based and traditional surveys, focus groups, affinity and natural groups, one-on-one interviews, literature reviews, and analysis of existing data. Linda has a bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Psychology, a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and professional certifications in qualitative research and quantitative research. She is currently finishing her doctorate at Nova University.

Linda is affiliated with the American Psychological Association (APA), the European Society for Opinion and Marketing Research (ESOMAR), and volunteers her time at various local nonprofit organizations focused on the improvement of youth educational experiences in the State of Florida.
